The accused was charged with Possession for Purposes of Trafficking CDSA 5(2), and driving while prohibited CC. 320.18. After reviewing the disclosure and discussions with the Crown, the accused was sentenced to a 2-year CSO for the drug offences, and a fine and a 1-year driving prohibition for the driving offence.
